Cheshunt, Hertfordshire (赫福郡)

Cheshunt is a historic town located in Hertfordshire 17miles north of central London. It lies in the Borough of Broxbourne and it is within the London Metropolitan area. It is full of history as being the place where Elizabeth I lived as a princess.

It was named one of the best London commuter town by several websites in 2019. The commute time to London Liverpool Street is around 25 minute by train, which is ideal for those working/studying in central London. There is also a direct train to Cambridge in under an hour.

The countryside of Cheshunt is fantastic, the Lee Valley offers beautiful walks and cycling routes around the rivers and lakes. There is a White Water Rafting Centre which was built for the 2012 London Olympic Games.

The Broxbourne Council has made a development plan for Cheshunt by 2033, investing £400m on new homes, leisure facilities, retails and schools.
