香港特別行政區政府將英國列入為高風險名單內。來自英國的旅客必須是完成疫苗接種的香港居民。從2021 年 10 月 29 日起，12至17歲或因為健康問題無能接受第二針的港人 只需證明打了單劑 BioNTech 疫苗就可入境。此外，還要求旅客在登機前72小時內必須持有陰性 COVID-19 測試證明，並要出示已訂住香港 21天的酒店證明。


The Hong Kong SAR government added UK to its high-risk list. This means that most travellers arriving from the UK must be fully vaccinated Hong Kong residents. From 29 October 2021, proof of a single dose of the BioNTech vaccination will be accepted for 12-17 year-old Hong Kong residents travelling from the UK, or those unable to receive a second vaccination for health reasons.

It requires travellers to have a negative COVID-19 test certificate within 72 hours before boarding a flight to Hong Kong, and a confirmation of a 21 days hotel reservation in Hong Kong starting on the day of arrival.

Heathrow airport is offering passengers travelling to Hong Kong to have the option to pay for a rapid Covid test before checking in.


  • The test is £80

  • British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and Cathay Pacific will offer the test to passengers.

  • The COVID-19 test is available at Terminals 2 and 5





在英國出發前往香港之前：

In the UK before departure flight to Hong Kong:

  • Present recognised vaccination record (UK vaccination is accepted)

  • Carry out a nucleic acid test (Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)) for COVID-19

  • The test has to be taken within 72 hours before the scheduled departure flight

  • The certificate shows the traveller’s name and a negative result of COVID-19

  • A confirmation of a 21-days hotel reservation in Hong Kong starting on the day of arrival

在英國，你可以到私家診所獲得COVID-19測試，或在網站訂購測試劑，之後在家自行測試，然後寄回測試中心。有些會在三天（72小時）內提供結果和證書。測試結果的速度取決於價錢。


確保你的測試是Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) 測試或是Antigen PCR 測試, 而不是抗體測試(antibody test)。

In the UK, you may obtain a COVID-19 test from a private clinic, or order a swab test kit online then self-test at home and send it back to the test centre. Some will offer a result and certificate within three days (72 hours). The speed of the test results depends on the price.


Make sure you get a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test or an Antigen PCR test, NOT the antibody test.
