The UK's latest measures on Covid-19 outbreak ~ 英國針對Covid-19爆發的最新措施

In order to control the epidemic, the British government announced the latest measures on September 22.

英國政府為了控制疫情，在9月22號宣布最新的措施。

由9月24號開始:

  1. 所有食肆 (包括酒吧和Pubs)要在十點前結束營業 (蘇格蘭25號開始)

  2. 英格蘭限聚6人 (室內及外)

  3. 從25號開始，蘇格蘭和北愛爾蘭禁止不同家庭在室內聚集

  4. 文職盡量在家工作 (Work From Home)

  5. 公共交通司機，的士司機，飲食行業和店舖的員工及顧客(除非堂食)要強制性戴口罩

  6. 從28號開始，婚禮儀式將會從限聚30人改為限聚15人

  7. 從9月28日開始，初犯的罰款將增加一倍，達到 £200。 重犯者最高罰款為£6,400

  8. 如果在英格蘭沒有遵守自我隔離規定, 罰款最高10,000英鎊。

英國首相 Boris Johnson 宣佈這些新措施可維持長達六個月。


Starting from 24th September:


  1. All restaurants, bars and pubs must close before ten o'clock (start on 25th in Scotland)

  2. England limited gathering of no more than 6 people indoors and outdoors.

  3. From the 25th, Scotland and Northern Ireland prohibit different families from gathering indoors

  4. Office workers should work from home if they can

  5. Public transport drivers, taxi drivers, hospitality and retail employees and customers (except dine-in) must wear masks

  6. Starting on the 28th, the wedding ceremony will be limited from 30 to 15 people

  7. Starting September 28, the fine for the first offense will be doubled to £200. The maximum fine for repeat offenders is £6,400

  8. Up to £10,000 fine for failure to self-isolate in England


British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that these new measures can be maintained for up to six months.

England~英格蘭:

  • Leeds, Wigan, Stockport, Blackpool, Merseyside, Warrington, Halton, Lancashire, Bradford, Kirklees, Calderdale, Wolverhampton, Oadby, Wigston, Northumberland, Newcastle, Sunderland, North and South Tyneside, Gateshead, County Durham, Birmingham, Bolihull, Sandwell, Greater Manchester (including Salford, Bury, and the City of Manchester), Oldham, Blackburn with Darwen, Pendle and Leicester.

  • Residents in those cities/towns should not meet anyone from outside their household, unless they’re in their support bubble.

  • Restaurants, pubs and bars must close by 22:00.

  • New restrictions in North Wales (Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, and Wrexham) will start from 1st November

  • Citizens should stay in their homes and cannot meet other households indoor, unless they're in their support bubble.

  • Restaurants, pubs and bars must close by 22:20

  • 將於11月1日開始北威爾士有新限制的措施
